full-time student

I am completely a full-time student now. The thesis is underway ... we had a presentation last week which went very well and now we are researching and writing the theoretical framework (has to be the hardest part). We are getting excited about collecting data next month as well, we just have to get some managers together.

On top of all this work, I'm also going to Swedish class every day for 3 1/2 hours. I'm really glad I am doing it as I seem to understand it a bit more although I have a long way to go until I am fluent. I can now hold a very basic conversation which is good and I can read a lot more in the world around me. Hopefully it will only continue to improve.

I haven't really had time to work on what I'm going to be doing after January yet. Need to start that process very soon. Oh fun!

I burnt up hommie

A couple of weeks ago I was going to update our website (since it still says spring) and clean up some files on our home computer, when suddently all went blank and I started to smell some burning ... yep it is fried. So we have no home computer any longer. Thankfully the hard-drive is fine, so we still have all our files. But if you're wondering why the site hasn't been updated this is why ...

Fall

Woke up this morning to 42 degrees outside ... High of 51 today and
supposed to be 32 tonight ... I think fall is here!

Back to school ... still enjoying the sun

I'm officially back to school now. The thesis is now officially underway. Caroline (my thesis partner) and I have started narrowing down our ideas and I think we finally are close to something. The sun is still shining which is nice, I try and enjoy every ray when I am out.
